'Fixtures'
‘Fixtures’ explores the emotions of a fractured relationship and the realisation that not everything should be fixed. Cera Mae recalls “I had been working on an Artist statement and wrote the words ‘broken fixture’ to describe a damaged canvas frame. I loved this metaphorical idea applied to the emotional human response. The space I was working in at the time overlooked the beautiful Brisbane city lights. It wasn’t long before I had the first verse down. Everything just seemed to flow from there". ‘Fixtures’ is now available for streaming across all major music platforms. Have a listen for yourself!

New Release - All Yellow
Cera Mae is so excited to announce that her new single is NOW streaming on all platforms.
Cera Mae has been fortunate enough again to work alongside producer Brad Hosking at Blind Boy Studios and is thrilled to be writing and releasing her music including her next single “All Yellow”.
When asked about her new single “All Yellow”, the 22-year-old singer songwriter recalls “I had this song in my pocket for about a year and it was one of the first songs I had written that I thought ‘this could be something’. It had a warm, sincere feeling and I wanted to share that. To me, yellow seemed to be both a feeling and a colour; bright, warm, soft, outgoing or mellow, and that resonated with the idea that people can also be yellow; happy, sad, soft, bright or mellow and I think that’s kinda cool”.
